Three engagement models. One practice.

Choose by where the business is — needing an assessment, ongoing technical operations, or a defined project. Every engagement is covered by a written agreement.

Most relationships begin with an IT Operations Review. From there, clients move into Managed IT for ongoing technical operations, into a defined Project Work engagement to address specific work, or remain project-only. Scope is defined per engagement, following an initial conversation.

IT Operations Review

For owners who want to know what they do not know yet

A comprehensive assessment of how the business uses technology and where the operational risks are.

  • Identity and endpoint posture — accounts, two-factor, admin access, patches, antivirus, encryption
  • Email and domain protections against phishing, impersonation, and account takeover
  • SaaS application portfolio, OAuth grants, and cost posture
  • Data infrastructure: pipelines, integrations, and warehouse health
  • Third-party vendors and applications with access to business data
  • Incident readiness across device loss, account compromise, and ransomware
  • Written findings report with prioritized recommendations

Recent work — Investigated a coordinated business email compromise attempt and hardened org-wide email controls.

Managed IT

For owners who need a technical operator, not a full-time hire

Ongoing technical operations covering IT, data, and the vendor stack the business depends on.

  • SaaS administration across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Fivetran, and QuickBooks
  • Multi-entity support where a business operates as more than one LLC or brand, with separation of accounts, billing, and access maintained per entity
  • Endpoint and email hygiene — patching, antivirus, encryption, deliverability, and authentication
  • Data pipeline and integration health — Fivetran, custom connectors, SP-APIs
  • Vendor coordination — communicating required fixes to web designers, MSPs, and bookkeepers, and confirming completion
  • A single point of contact for operational incidents

Recent work — Restored a client’s outbound email the same day after a DNS migration broke email authentication.

Project Work

For owners with a specific issue and a clear endpoint

Discrete engagements with a defined scope, start, and completion.

  • Data pipelines and SaaS integrations — Fivetran, custom connectors, Postgres warehouses, Shopify and Amazon SP-API, QuickBooks
  • Configuration and hardening of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Email, file, and storage migrations between systems
  • Website updates, security improvements, or rebuilds
  • BEC and credential-compromise investigation and remediation
  • Audit and cleanup of SaaS access, OAuth grants, and dormant accounts

Recent work — Resolved an email-deliverability failure — enforced DMARC, fixed contact-form routing, and removed injected SEO spam from the site.

Data infrastructure work is performed inside client-owned cloud accounts and SaaS tenants. The practice does not host client data on its own infrastructure.

Uncertain which engagement applies?

Most clients begin with an IT Operations Review — the most efficient way to determine what the business actually requires.
