Privacy

What this site collects, how it is used, and the choices available.

Who is responsible

Integrate Tech Consulting, LLC (the "practice") is the data controller for this site and for the limited information it collects in connection with prospective and current engagements. Privacy questions and requests can be directed to contact@itcllc.tech.

What is collected

This site does not require sign-in, does not set first-party cookies of its own, and does not operate analytics. Information is collected through two limited channels:

  • Scheduling. The contact page embeds a Calendly scheduling widget. When a meeting is booked, Calendly collects the information entered (typically name, email address, scheduling questions, and meeting metadata) along with technical data such as IP address and device information. Calendly acts as a data processor for this practice. See Calendly's privacy notice at calendly.com/privacy.
  • Email. Direct email sent to the practice (for example, to contact@itcllc.tech) is processed through standard mail providers and retained for ordinary business communication purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Calendly widget embedded on the contact page sets its own cookies and may load third-party resources when that page is accessed. Calendly's banner and privacy controls govern those choices and are surfaced through the embedded widget itself.

How information is used

Information collected through scheduling and email is used solely to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and administer engagements. It is not sold, rented, traded, or shared for advertising purposes.

Retention

Inquiry and scheduling information is retained for the period necessary to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Information related to executed engagements is retained in accordance with the applicable client agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Children

Services are directed to businesses, not to individuals under the age of 16. The practice does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy statutes, and, where applicable, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation), individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by the practice, and may object to or restrict certain processing.

Do Not Sell or Share. The practice does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Requests under this section can be sent to contact@itcllc.tech. Reasonable verification of identity may be required before a request is processed.
